- Vessel(s) Required: U.S. or foreign flag self sustaining RO/RO vessel or tug and barge with RO/RO capability, with minimum 30 ton crane capable of transporting the military cargo described in Box 2. Vessel shall be able to accommodate two (2) supercargo. Offers for vessels or tug/barge combinations with insufficient capacity to transport the entire cargo described in Box 2 will be considered in combination with other such offers. Contractor is responsible for arranging line haul services for cargo(22 pieces, 4,491 square feet) from El Salvador to Puerto Cortes, Honduras.
