- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Minimum essential characteristics are as follows: Must be able to perform the following tests: Prothrombin Time (PT), Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT), Thrombin Time (TT), All Factor Assays, D-Dimer, Factor Inhibition Assay, Fibrinogen Test, Heparin and Heparin associated Antibody, Protein C and Protein S antigen, von willebrand Factor antigen. Must be fully automated. Must be mobile from one section of a lab to another--on rollers. Include cost for training for two individuals regarding instrumentation needed.
