Description: Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy (USAFA), intends to award a sole source contract utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Polhemus, Inc., for the following: Purchase of a VisionTrak Eye Imaging System. NAICS: 334119. No other system will satisfy agency requirements and time constraints. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NO WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. If no response is received by 17 May 2005, 2:00pm, MDT, specifying that comparable items are available that would be more advantageous to the Government, than obtaining the listed item through a sole source procurement with Polhemus, Inc., a sole source award will be made.
