- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA4626-05-Q0023, is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03 and Defense DCN 20050422. The solicitation listed here is 100% small business set aside. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 2305. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3799-09. The North American Industry Classification System is 336999 and the associated business size standard is 560 employees. This request for quotation consists of the following: 1) Rugged Terrain Vehicle ? Special operations light tactical vehicle ? olive drab (RTV-PWLR-02-OD) includes: fully automatic, 4-wheel drive platform w/standard automatic controls, sealed rack & pinion steering, independent wishbone suspension, powered by a 660CC 4-stroke, liquid cooled engine, aluminum rims, run flat tires, 3000 lb winch, fully adjustable reservoir shock absorbers, padded roll cage, front cargo rack, and 5-point operator safety harness, 4 Ea, 2) RTV Reinforced Rear Wheel Rims ? set (RRIMS-B) includes: lightweight and tough bead lock reinforcement for hard use operations, 4 Ea, 3) RTV Reinforced Front Wheel Rims ? set (RRIMS-F) includes: lightweight and tough bead lock reinforcement for hard use operations, 4 Ea, 4) RTV IR Light Set (RTV-IRLT), 4 Ea, 5) RTV M4/M16 Weapons Mount (RTV-M4WM) includes: flexibility to position a variety of weapons systems, 4 Ea, 6) Warn Accessory Kit (Block & Tackle) (37-2080), 4 Ea, 7) RTV Load Tamer Cargo Net ? 54? x 48? (RTV front rack) includes: Cinch lock that slides to adjust the cargo net size, aluminum carabiner used to attach to RTV or RTV trailer, and black nylon stow bag for storage while not in use, 4 Ea 8) RTV Jerry Can Mounting Kit (RTV-JC Kit), 4 Ea.
