Description

This project is for the repair of the High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) system Basewide, located at Malmstrom, AFB MT. Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to Repair HTHW System in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 23 May 2005. Request for Proposal will close on or about 22 Jun 2005. This is a requirements contract with a basic year and one (1) option year. Performance period is 120 days per Delivery Order after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. Winter exclusion period for this acquisition will be from 15 September through 15 May. This acquisition is open to both large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Request for Proposal is available only on the Internet at http://www2.eps.gov. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award, see internet site http://www.ccr.gov/index.asp. Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see Internet site https://wawf.eb.mil/ for registration. Potential contractors must also be currently registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), see Internet site http://orca.bpn.gov. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS Code is 238220.
