- This requirement is for the acquisition of Engineering Services to support the C-5 Reliability and Maintainability Program (RAMP) with engineering solutions that impact the sustainment of the C-5 system fleet and apply the Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) processes. The period of performance consists of a 7 month basic and (3) 12-month options. This is a limited source procurement, per USC 230(c)(1) to: Aging Aircraft Consulting Inc. (Cage Code: 1VDQ0). JUSTIFICATION: Services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of services will satisfy Agency requirements.
