- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics Office intends to procure sole source from Nextira Federal LLC, 12150 Monument Drive, Suite 750, Fairfax, VA 22033, the following items: Part Number NTTL25CF ? OTM 1.2 or 2.X upgrade to OTM 2.2 premium, and Part Number NTE952MX - Software upgrade; for the Veterans Affairs Long Beach Healthcare System, 5901 East Seventh Street, Long Beach, CA 90822. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. All proposals received by 3:00 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time, May 12, 2005 will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated date of award is May 12, 2005.
