- Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, FHWA intends to negotiate a contract with the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research. The anticipated contract is for the conduct of research, outreach and technology transfer activities associated with the Maintenance Decision Support System, and the conduct of foundational research feasibility analyses related to defining the meteorological value of data produced through the Vehicle Infrastructure Initiative. Note 22 applies.
