Description: The National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NDDK) is providing funding to have a collection of articles on obesity published through Nature Neuroscience. The financial support will make it possible for Nature Neuroscience to make the entire content of this special focus freely available on the web for three months, and to coordinate the bonus distribution of copies of the special issue at relevant meetings on this research area. The Institute intends to provide the funding by other than full and open competition from Nature Neuroscience. Note 22
