- Description
- Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to establish a corporate contract for sole source, part-numbered items supplied by Stewart & Stevenson Tactical Systems, LP, (Cage 0FW39) against solicitation SP0412-05-R-2832. The acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted using Other Than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Currently the acquisition only encompasses 35 NSNs managed by DSCR. There is a potential at a later time to add NSNs managed by DSCR, DSCC and /or DSCP. FSCs to be covered under this project include, but are not limited to: 3120, 4010, 5342, 5365, 5975, 6110, 6130, 6150, 6160 and 6695. . Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for approval in order to be considered for award. An Add & Delete clause will be included in solicitation. It is anticipated that split awards will be made against this solicitation. The resultant contracts will be Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The contracts will have a twenty four month base period and three twelve-month option periods for total maximum period of performance of 5 years if all options are exercised. Contractors are required to provide pricing for the base period and option periods. Solicitation will be issued on 3 June 2005 and close on 8 July 2005. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
