- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplement with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number for request for quote (RFQ) is F13MFD42231400. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This solicitation will be a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 336111 and business size is 500 employees. Services non-personal: Provide quantity of (3) of the following products or similar items: 2005 GEM ES two passenger short back utility wehicles, includes Grab Handles and mirrors on vehicles, Heater/Defroster, Scuff Guard, Hard doors, SBS Kit (Stake Bed Kit for two passenger short back NEV), Gel type Battery, Charging Kit, and the color of the vehicle is to be red. The requirement includes installation and products are to have all accessories installed by delivery date. Vendor must provide a estimated time of delivery. Vendor will submit quotes for Vehicles listed or equal specifications. If providing a quote on a different vehicle, please provide full specs for comparability.
