- EXPERT SERVICES: This is a notice of a proposed award of a sole-source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Robert Bramlett, using other than full and open competitive procedures, to assist Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) staff in developing a revised conceptual framework of federal financial reporting. This work will involve Mr. Bramlett consulting with those FASAB staff members who have now been assigned to the conceptual framework project. Mr. Bramlett will also consult with FASAB staff members on the underlying concepts as it relates to other active Board projects and other technical issues Mr. Bramlett is familiar with. Mr. Bramlett will work under the general direction of FASAB?s Executive Director, with a designated FASAB staff member serving as senior technical advisor on the project. This is not a request for a quotation. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
