- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR 13 with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation. A separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00181-05-Q-0232 applies and quotation are being requested. The applicable NAICS is 33319 with a small business standard of 500 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-03 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Change Notice #20050412. FISC, NNSY Maritime Industrial Branch, Hampton Roads Division, intends to issue on a sole source basis, a firm fixed-price contract with Conco Systems Inc for the following items: 0001) Pump System consisting of one (1) each Model 200B pump, two (2) each aluminum guns with 5/8 inch nozzles, two (2) each 3/4 inch x 50 ft inlet hoses, one (1) each nylon coated mesh tarp, one (1) each 40 ft fiberglass rod; QTY = 2 Systems; 0002) Brush, 5/8 inch x 20 BWG-H; QTY = 25,000 each; 0003) Nozzle, 5/8 inch stainless, P/N GPNOZZQ58; QTY = 6 each; 0004) Checking light kit, complete, P/N MISCCLC; QTY = 1 each; 0005) Tube Gun Repair Kit, threaded, P/N GPR2; QTY = 2 kits; 0006) Brush, 5/8 inch x 16 BWG, XL, Plastic U tube; QTY 50 each; 0007) Brush, 5/8 inch x 18 BWG (XL, Plastic U Tube) ALL OFFERS SUBMITTED SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY SPECIFICATION LITERATURE ADEQUATE TO PERFORM TECHNICAL EVALUATION OF EQUIPMENT OFFERED. Failure to provide necessary data for evaluation may result in an offer being deemed as non-responsive. DFARS 252-204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL REGISTRATION, applies. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offer/quoter ineligible for award. Information may be obtained through the Internet @ www.ccr.gov. The following provision/clauses are applicable: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2 (Technical, Price, Past Performance), 52.212-3 ALT I, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (incorporating 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52-222-37, 52.222-19, 52.225-13, 52.232-33 ADDENDA DFARS 252.212-7001 (incorporating ,252.225-7001, 252.225-7014); FAR 52.204-7. Offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offer Representation and Certification-Commercial Items. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical acceptability, adherence to applicable clauses, provisions, past performance data and required delivery schedule. Past Performance will be evaluated utilizing the Navy's Red/Yellow/Green Program. Required Delivery: CLIN 0001, one (1) each, CLIN 0006, CLIN 0007 by 31 May 2005; CLIN 0001, one (1) each, CLINS 0002 through 0005 by 31 August 2005. Material is required to be delivered FOB Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Inspection/Acceptance shall be at destination. Parties responding to this solicitation notice may submit their quotation in accordance with their standard commercial practice (e.g. company letterhead, formal quotation form etc) but MUST include the following information: 1) Complete company name, mailing and remittance address(es); 2) Prompt payment terms, 3) Delivery schedule, 4) Taxpayer ID number, 5) CAGE code, 6) DUN No., 7) ALL completed representations and certifications required herein - specifically those found in 52.212-3.
