- Description
- A semi-submersible open-deck self-propelled cargo vessel for the purpose of testing. The vessel beam shall be approximately 40 meters or greater. The locations of the testing shall be inside the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay and 20 to 25 miles off Cape Henry. Charter Period: 4-5 weeks with one day redelivery notice. Laydays: 01/05 August 2005.
