- 12--The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and materials to Overhaul the Processor, Signal, AH-64. The Input/Output NSN: 1270-01-224-4838, Input/Output P/N: 7281B. The proposed contractual action will be a five-year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity is 130 each, maximum quantity 869 each. The Governments required production schedule is 20 each per month. The maintenance and overha ul shall be in accordance with the manufacturers blueprints/production drawings and specifications. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The approved source are Chadwick, Helmuth Co. Inc, (CAGE) 99866 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, (Cage) 8V613. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for this or future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with th e Competition Advocates Shopping List (CASL) procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following web site: http://www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/. Submit request(s) for source approval to: Commander, U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, ATTN: AMSAM -MMC-AV-S, Building 5309, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5280. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. There will be no telephone or e-mail requests for proposals accepted. Request will be by data fax to (256) 313-8 194 or mailed only to, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LM-M, Juanita Vance, Contract Specialist. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depen dent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
