PRON: AX5F5416AX, NSN: 3040-01-156-5372, PN: 7-211350027-3, QUANTITY: 50 each minimum and 250 each maximum, 5-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), applicable to the AH-64 Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to Goodrich Corp., Cage Code 99551 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Cage Code 8V613, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined b y the current version of DOD-STD-100. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 25 each, 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 25 each month thereafter until contract completion. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 25 each, 280 DACA and 25 each month thereafter until contract completion. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 25 each, 350 DACA and 25 each month thereafter until contract completion. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Requ est (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are re minded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All r esponsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
