Description
The U.S. Army- ARDEC, Picatinny, NJ, plans to go sole source to Radiance Technologies, Inc., located in Huntsville, AL. The objectives of the effort are to advance decision and estimation algorithm solutions for multiple target tracking. The sole source recommended (Radiance Technologies) has developed a novel approach which employs a recursive, prediction-error based approach to track estimation with a unique strategy for compensating for propagation delay. Using the developed techniques, it is believed that significant nultiple target tracking performance enhancement can be achieved. See Numbered Note 22.
