- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, intends to award a sole source contract to William J. Cavanaugh, located in Stony Point, NY 10980, as he is uniquely qualified to perform all the tasks identified with this contract. Mr. Cavanaugh has extensive background and leadership expertise to provide our Activity with managerial and technical support on our MIP and JMIDS program. His expertise and technical skills in heavy truck/trailer equipment can greatly reduce risk in the compatibility areas regarding MIP and Army truck and trailer systems. In addition, the experience Mr, Cavanaugh gained in supporting the EDS-A program will be invaluable to the successful execution of the JMIDS and trailer programs. See Numbered Note 22.
