- The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This acquistion is for the purchase of 1 each High Engery Digital X-Ray Imaging Syst em. Delivery will be determined at time of contract award. Destination will be Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg PA 17225. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solic itation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government doe s not possess sufficient documentation to acquire these items from other than the qualified source. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. Suggest that small business firms, or others intereste d in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm listed. The RFQ will be issued to V.J Technologies INC., 89 Carlough Road, Bohemia, NY 11716. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
