- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation W912LL-05-T-0008 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 24, d ated 4/11/05. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 444190, small business size standard of $6 mil. The North Dakota National Guard is requesting lumber, hardware, doors, windows, and other miscellaneous items to be deliv ered to the Camp Grafton Training Center RTI-ND Building 5240, Devils Lake, ND 58301-8500 by May 31, 2004 or ASAP. A detailed listing of the required items and amounts can be requested from the POC below. Quotes are due in by 11AM central time on May 1 6, 2005. Offers will be evaluated as to the best value to the government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made based on the best value to the Government. All technical evaluation factors other than cost and price, when combined, are sign ificantly less important than price. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (Oct 1995) applies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any quotation. The clause at FAR 52.212 -4, Contract Terms and Conditions (Apr 1998), the clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract terms and conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Jun 1998) applies to this acquisition. Under paragraph b, the following clauses are incorporated: 52.203-6, Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government, with Alternate I, 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans of the Vietnam Era; 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilit ies; 252.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans; 52.225-3, Buy American Act-Supplies. The clause 52.232-33, Mandatory Information for Electronic Funds Transfer Payment (Aug 1996), 52.232-36, Payment by Third party apply to this solicitation. The c lause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items (Nov 1995), is applicable to this acquisition.
