- This is a Sources Sought Notice only. No solicitation is currently available, and no unsolicited proposals will be entertained as a result of this sources sought notice. This Sources Sought is in support of market research being conducted by the 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson AFB, CO to determine potential sources technically capable and qualified to perform HVAC control system maintenance and upgrade. The 21st Contracting Squadron seeks potential small business sources under NAICS code 811219, which has a size standard of $6M, to perform maintenance, repair and upgrade installation of Energy Management and Control System (EMCS). This is a Johnson Controls Metasys Facility Management control system. The incumbent for this requirement is currently Johnson Controls, Inc.
