Description

Contractor to provide all labor, materials and supervision to renovate the third floor of Building 3 at the Hefner VAMC, Salisbury, NC for primary care clinics. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Specifications will be uploaded on/about 5/18/05; bid opening will be o/a 6/21/05. A paper solicitation will not be issued. Fifteen sets of drawings will be available and issued on a first come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. Requests for drawings will only be accepted on the company's letterhead. Faxed requests may be sent to 704-638-9000 x 3453. The Contractor is responsible for readibility of the request. This procurement is 100% set-aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. The NAICS code is 233320. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bidders are responsible for obtaining any and all documents at the website. Government-wide Numbered Note 29 applies to this procurement.
