Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Hampton, Virginia (VISN 6), Solicitation No. IFB 246-05-02018 is seeking offers from firms that are SDVOSB Construction firms with NAICS Code 233320 to Renovate ECRC Geri Psych. The NAICS code for this Procurement is 233320, with a Size Standard of $28.5 million. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The project will include, but is not limited to, furnishing all necessary management, supervision, personnel, material, supplies, equipment, for alterations, mechanical, and electrical work and necessary to Renovate ECRC Geri Psych. The cost estimate for this project is between $250,000 - $500,000. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at 10:00 AM local time Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at the VA Medical Center, Building 36. All potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. The solicitation and drawings will be available for download ON OR ABOUT May 17 at the Business Opportunities Website www.bos.oamm.va.gov, with bids due date of approximately June 16, 2005. Bidders are responsible for obtaining any and all documents at the website. A paper solicitation will not be issued. Bids from other than service-disable veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted on the website.
