- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Maternal and Child Health Bureau intends to make a SOLE SOURCE award using the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), 1125 Executive Circle, Irving, Texas 75038, to provide evidence-based clinical guidelines on critical issues in the sedation of pediatric patients in the emergency department. The ACEP will be required to conduct a literature review, develop draft guidelines and then recruit volunteer subject matter experts to review and comment on the guidelines. The ACEP will submit the reviewed guidelines to the HRSA Project Officer and incorporate any requested changes in the final guidelines. The ACEP will also be required to submit a six month progress report and a final report. The proposed purchase order shall be for a period of twelve months. NO SOLICITATION will be issued.
