- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Apache?Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement for Roads, Trails, Maintenance, Construction, and materials across the forest. The intent of this procurement is to award multiple contracts with a guaranteed minimum order as described in the Request For Proposals. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Award will be based on the successful proposer?s best value to the Government. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $28.5 Million under the above NAICS code. A Pre-Proposal / Site Visit has been scheduled for April 12, 2005, at Springerville Ranger District Hunter Bldg Conference Room, 10:00 am Arizona Time. Any changes to the site visit will be announced in the solicitation package or by amendment to this announcement. The solicitation package, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after April 1, 2005, and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Maps and other documents that are not electronically available, shall be requested in writing. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Offerors must now be registered in the Central Contractor Registration System (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The template containing information necessary for registration can be found for CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/handbook.cfm and for ORCA at http://orca.bpn.gov/. No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. You may request printed copy of the solicitation package by Fax to: (928) 333-5966 (or 6362), Attn: Margaret Cisco. The last day to request solicitation packages shall be May 6, 2005. Response to the RFP shall be received in sealed envelope/package on or before 2:00 pm Arizona Time, May 17, 2005. Facsimile bids are not authorized and shall not be accepted. Refer to FAR Part 14.304.
