Description: The USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service intends to award; as a sole source, a firm fixed price contract to Commodity Hedgers, Inc. for 10 regional maps of global surface wetness, surface temperature, and snow cover information. This information is to be delivered once a week for one year. The products are derived from version 5.0 of USDA's proprietary SSMI data processing software. The product to be delivered in geo-referenced GIS products downloadable from a web site. This is a 100% set aside for small business.
