- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) has a requirement for major rebuilds of fixed wing aircraft. WS will deliver aircraft to contractor's facility. This requirement is for a base period from date of award through 9/30/2005 with two one year option periods. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. Task orders with funding will be issued when requirements are identified. Note 1 is applicable.
