- The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement for delivery of 3,053,186 gallons (gal) of commercial Aviator?s Breathing Oxygen (ABO), Type II, IAW MIL-PRF-27210G, dated 4 Apr 97, and Amendment 1, dated 24 Jan 00, and delivery of 2,868,234 gal of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2), Type II, Grade B, Class 1 of Commercial Item Description A-A-59503, dated 1 Jun 00, FOB Destination with delivery to Langley AFB VA, Arnold AFB TN, Nashville ANG TN, Niagara Falls ARB NY, Westhampton Beach ANG NY, Syracuse ANG NY, Stratton ANGB NY, Stewart ANGB NY, Pittsburgh ARS PA, Harrisburg ANG PA, Westover ARB MA, Barnes ANGB MA, Otis ANGB MA, Dover AFB DE, New Castle ANG DE, McGuire AFB NJ, Atlantic City ANG NJ, Bangor ANG ME, Bradley ANGB CT, Burlington ANG VT, Fort Wayne ANG IN, Louisville ANG KY, Martinsburg ANG WV, Charleston ANG WV, Youngstown ARS OH, Wright Patterson AFB OH, Springfield ANG OH, Toledo ANG OH, Richmond ANG OH, Mansfield ANG OH, and Baltimore ANG MD. The resultant contract(s) will be a five-year, firm-fixed price requirements-type contract(s). The contract ordering period will be from 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2010. Offerors are required to have the capability to support bulk shipments. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 9 May 2005 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov.
