- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined solicitation/synopsis to procure the following parachute components manufactured by Complete Parachute Solutions, Inc.: Harness Assembly, P/N CPS-SOV3-HH-398, 30 each; Main Canopy, P/N CPS-MS-360 M2, 30 each; Reserve Canopy, P/N CPS-HR-360 R1, 30 each; Automatic Opening Device, P/N CPS-CYPRESS-MIL SOLO, 30 each; Storage Bag, P/N CPS-GBT-002, 30 each; Inspection and Assembly, 20 each. Shipping to be FOB Destination: Loui sville, KY. In accordance with AFI11-410 dtd 20 May 2004, only the items listed and manufactured by Complete Parachute Systems Inc. are authorized for use. Firms that recognize and can provide the described system are encouraged to submit a bid. Bids mus t indicate complete compliance with brand name requirement stated above. Required delivery time is 30 days from date of receipt of order. If you are unable to meet this requirement, indicate number of days for delivery from date of order receipt. All respo nsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Award shall be made based on the lowest priced technically acceptable bid. This bid package is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included i n this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912KZ-05-R-0007 is issued as an IFB. This is a solicitation document and incorporates provis ions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. NAICS code is 314999. The provision at FA 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Cert ifications (7/2002) applies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitt ed with any proposal. The clause at FAR 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (2/2002) applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 , Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Satutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (5/2002) app lies to this acquisition.
