- Description
- This is a class justification for other than full and open competition for the solicitation and award of delivery orders under existing Basic Ordering Agreements for the machining of parts in accordance with NIST specifications. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), intends to compete and award delivery orders on a competitive basis among six (6) awardees of Basic Ordering Agreements. The BOA Numbers are: SB1341-03-V-0002; SB1341-03-V-0003; SB1341-03-V-0004; SB1341-03-V-0005; SB1341-03-V-0006; and SB1341-03-V-0007 for the period beginning May 11, 2005 through March 23, 2006. Delivery Order awards shall be based on the lowest fixed price. Based on historical data, the cumulative amount of delivery orders to be issued through the period of performance is estimated at $120,000.00. Solicitations shall not be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website and competition shall be limited to existing BOA holders. This justification is based on the Basic Ordering Agreements having been competed via small business set-aside and awarded on a competitive basis in Fiscal Year 2003. The solicitation, all associated documentation, and amendments were posted to www.fedbizopps.gov under solicitation number SB1341-02-R-0029. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice is not a request for quotations.
