- Site Visit: A site visit has been established for subject solicitation on Thursday May 12, 2005 at 9:30AM, local time, at Travis Air Force Base, California. This shall be the ONLY site visit available for this requirement. There will be no other opportunities for a second site visit. All interested vendors shall contact SSgt Juan Ramirez at 707-423-7976 to be placed on the site visit list NOT LATER THAN May 10, 2005. Everyone shall meet at the Hospital Gate off of the Air Base Parkway at 9:30am. Please contact SSgt Ramirez for directions. Due to the establishment of the site visit, proposals will now be due on Friday May 27, 2005 at 2:00PM EST to the attention of Mr. Larry Bowen, fax 301-619-3613.
