Description

SOLICITATION NOTICE. N40083-05-R-4202. This solicitation is for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that will be awarded to a maximum of three 8 (a) set-aside firms under the Small Business Administration (SBA) program under Section 8(a) program. For this acquisition, competition will be limited to 8(a) firms serviced by Region V, including Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Ohio. All other firms are ineligible to submit offers. The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for renovation including removal, replacement and repair of roof assemblies for non-residential and residential structures. The work includes, but is not limited to, repair and all incidental and related construction work, gutters, drainage structures and pipes. This is not a time and material contract, but rather an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity construction contract where the contractor will be paid on the unit prices for various types of work ordered. This solicitation will be competed among eligible section 8(a) firms certified for participation in the 8(a) program, which have NAICS Code 238160; size standard is $12.0 M. The FSC Code is Z199. Estimated cost range for the base year and four (4) one year option periods is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The performance period is 365 calendar days from the date of award.
