- This is modification 12 to the synopsis entitled Safety and Mission Assurance (S&MA) Support Services Contract and solicitation number NNJ-BJ4-JKC-5-001L which was posted on November 16, 2004. This modification is being issued to inform prospective offerors that the <B>(1)</B> Technical Library and the <B>(2)</B> "Vendors Expressing Interest" list have been updated. Also, <B>(3)</B> a copy of the existing Safety, Reliability, and Quality Assurance (SR&QA) contract (excluding contract modifications) is now posted. A significant number of documents (over 100) have either been added or revised on the Technical Library. Due to the volume and size of the documents posted on the Technical Library they are not attached to this posting. The Technical Library can be accessed by visiting http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/sandma/ . To gain access to the Technical Library, interested parties must have a User ID and a Password and must agree with JSC policy concerning the handling of the information and documentation residing in the Library. To obtain User ID and Password information, please contact the Contract Specialist, Cody Corley, at the point of contact information provided in this notice. The following information must be provided: 1. Full Company Name 2. Company Address 3. Point of Contact 4. Phone Number 5. IP Address: 6. Foreign Company? 7. Cage Code Prospective offerors are encouraged to monitor the S&MA website for any updates regarding this acquisition. The S&MA website can be accessed by visiting http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/sandma/ . No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps and on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service. It is the potential offeror?s responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. Written questions should be directed to: Cody Corley at smassc@ems.jsc.nasa.gov. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited.
