- This announcement notifies Networx Universal and Networx Enterprise potential offerors of security procedures required to electronically access sensitive Government information which is necessary for proposal pricing purposes. These procedures are also required to electronically protect proprietary company information submitted to the Government for evaluation. The Government is issuing this information in advance of RFP release in order to allow offerors the necessary time to comply with the procedures contained in this announcement.
