- MARKET SURVEY/PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for Solicitation 6FLS-G9-050314-N - FSC 8010 Miscellaneous Paints, will be issued on or about May 27, 2005. The resultant will be a two year requirements firm fixed stock contract with economic price adjustment and three 1-year options. The 38 NSNs are in accordance with various military specifications/QPLs, technical purchase descriptions, Federal Specifications, Master Painters Institute Detailed Performance Standards, one brand name, and two Commercial Item Descriptions. Delivery will be 30 days ARO. All items will be FOB destination to the two GSA Distribution Facilities. This Presolicitation Notice(PIN) is an important tool for marketing the most commercial available commodity and improving and expanding the competitive acquisition process.
