- Description
- The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for multi-disciplinary dental services at the Dental Clinics in Bangor and Bremerton, Everett and Oak Harbor Washington. This is a competitive procurement for a multi-disciplinary dental worker indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), personal services type contract. The types of health care workers providing services under the resulting contract(s) will cover a broad spectrum of dental care ranging from Dentists, Dental Technicians to Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants. Though the labor categories contemplated under this procurement differ, they are all in the same functional area of dental care services. The minimum quantity anticipated for this procurement is: Dental Hygienist 10,400 hours, and Dental Assistants 64,480 Hours. The maximum quantity is approximately 1,166,496 hours of Dental services. The contract(s) will have a five year ordering period. The NAICS code for this requirement is 622110. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. No RFP?s will be mailed to offerors. The RFP and all amendments will be posted to the Internet at http://www.nmlc.med.navy.mil when released sometime in May 2005.
