Description

The National Park Service is seeking contractors with a high level of comprehensive roofing experience and knowledge on their team to furnish all labor, materials and equipment for the general construction of roof replacements, chimney cleaning and repair, chimney repointing, selective building demolition, and associated work as indicated on the drawings and as specified in the technical specifications. All work will be performed under a single contract and completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The project is located at Valley Forge National Historical Park, in Valley Forge, PA 19482-0953. The government will award the contract to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government. CONSTRUCTION RANGE: $100,000 - $250,000
