- Madigan Army Medical Center intends to establish an award to Abbott Laboratories under FAR 13.106-1 for vascular products. The order be for a base year 2 May 05 1 May 06 of $25,000 with three option years for a total estimated value of $100,000. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will norm ally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22.
