This computer software is to interface and assist computer architects in the development of operation views. This software shall provide the interface between Popkin DODAF software which is where the archite cture is designed and the CADIE, which is the Armys repository of completed architectures. The NAICS code is 541511, SIC Code is 7371, size standard $21.0M. This proposed action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit an d negotiate with only one source in accordance with the authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. A determination not to open the requirement to competition based on responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the agency. Closing date for this notice is May 2, 2005, 12:00 PM. This synopsis may represent the only notice of this action.
