- Gospel Service Musician Services (Solicitation # is FA5004-05-T-0032) at Eielson AFB, AK is being offered as a 100% small business set aside for North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 711510, with a small business size standard of $6M Work consists of providing all labor and necessary equipment (other than what the Government provides) to provide the 1145 Gospel Musician services on Eielson AFB. Work is defined in the Statement of Work. Performance period for resultant services contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 5 calendar months beginning 3 May 2005 with 2 potential option year periods. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 29 April 2005 with closing date 5 calendar days after issuance. This Request for Proposal is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). The Request for Proposal will be available by electronic transmission only, via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors should register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation.
