- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipated issuing an engineering services order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement Contract (F09603-02-G-0003) with ITT Corp, Clifton NJ. The contractor shall provide engineering support for the resolution of problems/anomalies in support/test sets(SE/TP) used at the AR-ALC TRC and all operating bases, for the ALQ-172(V). contractor shall provide in-house and field service engineering support to analyze and resolve technical software issues for support equipment including the following: (1) AN/USM-603 I-Level Automatic Test Sets (ILATS); (2)AN/ALM-252(V) Hot Mock-Up System(HMU); (3) AN/ALM-258 Digital/ Analog Test Station (Marathon CA-8200); (4) AN/ALM-261 RF Test Station (WJ1580); (5) AN/ALM-266 Antenna Range Test Facility(ARTF); (6) AN/ALM-265 Antenna Module Test Station (ATMS); (7) AN/ALM-260 Low Voltage Power Supply Station (LVPS TS); (8) AN/ALM-260 High Voltage Power Supply Station (HVPS TS); (9)AN/ALM-289 Hot Mock-Up System (HMU)(EMTS). Period of Performance is 12 months. This requirement will be awarded as a Specialized Engineering Task under BOA F09603-02-G-0003. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
