- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334513, Size Standard 500. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAB5110A200 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 effective 08 Jun 2004. The Government intends to award four contract line items for Cheetah DBR Laser System, CLIN 0001 SYS-060-1060-100, DBR Laser System. 1060nm, 100mW with Connector Cable Set, TE cooled Laser Mount BT-7 Bias Tee. It offers the possibility for high frequency modulation of the laser current from 1 MHz to 100 MHz with Collimator and includes P500 Laser Driver, 500mA Diode Laser Injection Current, 2A Peltier Current, Piolet Series. QUANTITY: 2 ea. CLIN 0002 FC-SMF-BCO, Single Mode Fiber Coupling, includes Beam Correction Optics, Qty. 1 ea. CLIN 0003 ISO-35-1060-3, 35dB Optical Isolator, 1080nm Clear Aperture: 3mm 0.6dB Insertion Loss, Qty 1 ea. CLIN 0004 Shipping and Handling. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 03 Jun 2005.
