- The government intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to The Titan Corporation, 3033 Science Park Road, San Diego, CA, 95121-1101, to provide the following items: 1 each ? P/N 01-103040-06--Titan AN/PRD-13(V)1 Basic Radio Direction Finding (RDF) System, 1 each ? P/N 03-102475-02?Antenna Mount Strap Tie Down Kit, 2 each ? P/N 1BT021-3?Battery NIMH 12/24V 4.9AH Rechargeable BB390B/U-20/55C, and 1 each ? P/N 05-107404-01?MD-405A 12V Cigarette Lighter Adapter. The following features are required on the Titan AN/PRD-13(V)1 Basic RDF System or equivalent: Frequency Range (antenna dependent): 2 - 2000MHz, Battery Operated, Direction Finding (DF) and Panoramic Display (Pan), Receiver Weight: 12.5lbs, Bearing Accuracy (antenna dependent): 3 degrees rms, Demodulators: FMw, FMn, AM, USB, LSB, and CW, Bearing Integration Time: variable, off ? 8 seconds, Interface: RS-232, Dimensions: 5.25 x 11.5 x 12.25, AC/DC Operated, Trace Storage: 400 traces, Maximum Power: 3.9 watts, Pan Span Widths: 50kHz, 200kHz, 900kHz, and 5MHz, Audio: Headphone and/or Speaker, and has Software Instrument Control. The applicable NAICS code is 334220. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. However, please note that no award may be made to an offer not registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
