This is a Sources Sought announcement issued by the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa, Florida. This office is performing pre-solicitation market research to determine potential business sources and set-aside possibilities for providing delivery of bread and bakery products to facilities located within the Florida VA Sunshine Healthcare Network VISN 8. The following VA Medical Centers and in some cases associated outpatient clinics will be included: Lake City, Gainesville, Tampa, Bay Pines, West Palm Beach and Miami. The period of service will include a base year and up to four option years. . Potential firms must be a small business; or small business in one or more of the following categories: Service Disabled-Veteran Owned (SDVO), HUBZone, 8(a), Disadvantaged (SDB), Woman-Owned (WOSB), Veteran-Owned (VOSB). Potential firms must be a manufacturer in accordance with NAICS Code 311812. Responses to this announcement are due no later than Thursday, 5/12/05.
