- The FAA intends to procure the annual FLEX Software Support and Upgrade Maintenance applicable to the FAA National Aeronautical Charting Office, Automated Distribution System (ADS). The requirements for software support, upgrades, and enhancements are follow-on to this custom system. The Databyte Corporation developed the original system by integration of commercial software. Databyte is the only known qualified source to maintain standardization of the system.
