- Description
- Diamond Lake Outlet Control Structures in the Diamond Lake Recreation Area approximately 81 miles east of Roseburg OR. This project consists of, but is not limited to, cleanout and disposal of materials from within the original 1954 outlet canal, including approximately 700 feet that extends into the lake, excavation and installation of a new box culvert and headgate under the pedestrian trail, placement of some of the excavated material for wetlands enhancement within the northwest corner of the lake, reconstruction of an embankment plug within the canal extending approximately 50 feet from the shoreline into the lake, and reconstruction of existing asphalt road, parking area and pedestrian trail. Work is to be completed by 15 NOV 2006. This is a Request for Proposals. In addition to price proposals Offerors are required to complete a Questionnaire providing information regarding technical capability, scheduling, work sequencing, specific technical issues, and past performance history. Detailed Technical Proposals are not required. Award evaluation criteria include technical capability and past performance history in addition to price. Award may be made without discussions. The project magnitude is in the range between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS 237990 applies. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided.
