- Description
- Boulder Flat Campground Raft Launch on the North Umpqua Ranger District approximately 54 miles east of Roseburg OR on State Highway 138. The work consists of clearing vegetation, removal of an existing culvert, excavation, manufacture and installation of precast concrete members for launch ramp, placement of crushed aggregate and rock wall, erosion control, and paving of new parking areas. Government furnished barrier rock will be put in place by the contractor. An option item for striping will be included. Work is to be completed by 01 OCT 2005. This is a Request for Quotation. In addition to priced quotations offerors are required to complete a Questionnaire providing information regarding technical capabilities and past performance history. Detailed technical proposals are not required. Award evaluation criteria include technical capability and past performance history in addition to price. Award may be made without discussions. The project magnitude is in the range between $25,000 and $100,000 including option items. NAICS 237990 applies. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided.
