- Description
- The intent of this project is for Fallen Leaf Water System improvements. Improvements consist of replacement of water storage tank and water main. The project consists of replacement of a 50,000 gallon water storage tank with at 420,000 gallon (welded steel) tank and replacement of approximately 1,600 linear feet of water main. This project will provide improvements to the Fallen Leaf Water System that serves the South Shore Recreation Area near South Lake Tahoe, California. Project is located near South Lake Tahoe, California and can be accessed from Fallen Leaf Lake Road, off of US Highway 89, near Camp Richardson Resort and Fallen Leaf Campground. Estimated starting date is July 5, 2005. Contract time approximately 120 days. Estimated Solicitation issue date is May 16, 2005. Government estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
