Description
***REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL IS HEREBY CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY*** RH050280020000, NSN 6110-01-498-3928, Panel, Power Distribution, in accordance with Stewart & Stevenson Tactical Systems SP, CAGE 0FW39, PN 12421943-001. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies - Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off-the-shelf. This solicitation is for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with base year of 12 months and 4 option years. The guaranteed minimum is 22 EA in base year and 22 EA in each option year. Maximum annual contract quantity: 176 EA. Minimum delivery order quantity: 22 EA; maximum delivery order quantity: 88 EA. IQC will cover stock delivery orders only. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance origin, QAP 003. Requested delivery is 98 DARO for all delivery orders. Stock delivery locations will be any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. A subcontracting plan may be required, if proposal is from a large business. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about March 25, 2005, and close on or about April 24, 2005. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
