Description
YPG05098001173, NSN 6135-01-515-4260, Battery Assembly, in accordance with Energex Batteries Inc., CAGE: 1TGZ0, P/N EB-L304322 or Lyntronics Inc., CAGE: 0BSY9, P/N 304322-002. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as a competitive service disabled veteran owned small business set-aside (SDVOSB). This lithium thionyl chloride battery assembly is a non-commercial item with a 60 month shelf-life. Material Safety Data Sheets are required. This solicitation is for a firm-fixed price proposal for a quantity of 447 EA going to New Cumberland, PA and 617 EA going to Tracy, CA. Requested terms are FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination, QAP-001. Requested delivery is 135 days ARO. The solicitation includes a provision for a quantity option. Pricing for the option units must be submitted with the proposal. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about May 18, 2005 and close on or about June 18, 2005. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
